Windchime Crafts Are Fun And FulfillingAny group intent on windchime crafts will need to make a structure to hold the objects that will collide to make some beautiful sounds for the backyard or family room. Each member of the group should be on the lookout for items that can be used to create lovely sounds. They might spread out a few weeks before to come up with some great ideas or the group can have a special meeting to explore the possibilities together. There are some ideas already out there that they might use as a starting point for exploring the possibilities. Windchime Crafts Make Great Gifts For Many Occasions Some items that might be used for windchime crafts include seashells, pieces of crystal, bells and coins. Some of these might be used exclusively in one windchime craft project while with discretion these might be mixed up in other ways. Once a set of items or a collection of items is ready to go, the group will be able to work together to come up with some windchimes. The items will need a hole from which to hang the items so do not bring your mother's favorite crystal bunny figurine if she does not want to lose it. The group needs to find some kind of platform from which they might suspend the windchime items. These could be some kind of plastic or wooden piece to hang from the chosen site. This could be a plastic lid from a couple of pounds of coffee or an old metal piece of junk that is close at hand. The elements need to be attached to a piece of string along with the other elements. These need to be close enough to collide with the other pieces or there will be no sound from the windchime. |
