That's still faster than walking (and faster than most people can run), but not enough to cause a lethal impact if you suddenly collide into a tree. Because of the rise in popularity among motor scooters all over the world, motorists are now more aware that they exist and are on the lookout for them. Still no matter what you drive, you shouldn't play in traffic with a vehicle that can only go 15 miles an hour.
