An RV Mattress Does Not Have to Be Uncomfortable

An RV mattress is not what it used to be; you can have an RV mattress in any size, shape or comfort. Because most of these mattresses are rather small in shape and cannot be super thick, they are very affordable for the average RV camper. But if you spend a lot of money for your recreational vehicle you should not skimp on your sleeping accommodation; there are companies that only specialize in RV mattresses.

Pressure Reduction Mattress

The pressure reduction mattress, which was only recently available to the Health Care Industry, can now be purchased for an RV camper. They come in any size or shape and will fit perfectly into the custom compact space that will be your sleeping quarters for your next road adventure. This RV mattress will reduce pressure points. It has three layers of foam and a die cut inner core that acts as inner springs and will adjust to your individual weight.

When your partner rolls over, you won't be thrown onto the floor. This is a rather novel idea since your back has been killing you from driving all day and being catapulted to the floor in the middle of the night is not your idea of a good night's sleep. Another great advantage to this RV mattress is that the nylon cover will protect against mildew, mold, dust mites and leaks. This mattress will surely uphold the entire lifetime of your RV.

Visco Memory Mattress

Another great RV mattress is the visco memory mattress. This RV mattress has a layer of visco elastic memory foam which will gently mold to each curve in your body and will cradle you softly like a baby. This is the same foam that is used in Tempur-Pedic mattresses. It is a pressure relieving material. There is really nothing more comfortable to sleep on in a recreational vehicle then a memory mattress. After several days of traveling you crave a comfortable bed in which to lay your weary body. This mattress also comes with a nylon cover that will keep your mattress free from unwanted mildew, dust and mold and will prolong the life of your mattress.

There are mattresses for the RV that roll up and slide into nylon bags in order to give you more living space and there are mattresses that can be turned over and made into a sofa. There are all kinds of creative ideas of what you can do with an RV mattress. However, if your mattress is going to be used specifically for sleeping, then never skimp on the comfort. The money that you put into an RV mattress is money that is well spent.
