They assume that if the grass is growing, that is what you should be focusing on, the grass that you can see, and not the roots underneath. How Do You Do It? Caring for the roots of the lawn is something that might seem frustrating at first, but can very easily be done by implementing a series of things that need to happen. First of all, when you are raking in the spring and early summer, you want to be sure that you aren't pulling too hard at the roots of the grass. The same goes for the fall as well. Heavy duty rakes might get things out of the grass better, but they aren't good for grass roots lawn care because they will pull up the grass at the roots and the grass is going to die. This means that if you are simply watering the top, and no water is soaking through to the roots, the grass is not going to grow as well. You also want to be sure that you are not watering too much, because this will also be bad for grass roots lawn care and will cause the grass to die. |
